Took well over an hour to finally get through to a receptionist. Four day wait for a telephone triage appointment. ITS A GOOD JOB IM NOT DYING!!!!

Didn't feel like I was taken seriously - coughing for over 2 months, advised on bill boards and TV etc to get it checked out. When I did I was just told its going a round, I would have thought severe coughing for that long should be taken more seriously - I rarely visit doctors and this is why.

Doctor explained results of tests.
Doctors work collaboratively with me regarding management of condition.
Telephone consultation is helpful but still have a long wait for appointment face to face (6 weeks for doctor who regularly deals with with me 4 weeks for first available doctor).
